Morning, I was looking at a 06 Joyner with a advertised 2.0L engine claiming it will do over a hundred? Did Joyners come with a 2.0, I thought a 1100cc was the biggest out there? Any input would be greatful, Thanks!

I believe the joyner SR2 had a 2.0L engine. Does it have a vw bus style transmission?

The Joyner SandRunner used an Ecotech copy and was available in a 2-seat and 5-seat frame.

All I have are just 2 photos, one is a front shot (looks like the sand viper to me) and the other is of the valve cover. It is a 4 cylinder but the engine is not mounted like the one in the video. I do not know if it has the vw bus trans. Do we know anything else about the 2L?

So the engine is mounted like a front wheel drive car? If it is, I've never seen a 2.0L chinese buggy like that. Maybe it's a 2.0L transplant?

i have seen the 2 liter Buggy in action here in Germany.
It is way overpowerd and yes 100 Mph is no prob.
We have a Dirtrace competition called "GORM" (German Off-road Masters) and the 2 Liter Buggy is racing pretty well in this.
For German roads it is allso overwide.
You have to pay for a street legal Version about 25 000 Dollars.

If that is the euro price then the american dollar price would be about 12 grand.

The euro has been fluctuating between 130 to 140 per dollar lately.

I stand corrected, my brain subtracted instead of adding the 4 or 5 grand difference in the exchange rate. That is what happens when you drink a six pack and let your brain not a calculator do the problem.
