I can't see the scrollbar...can't read the username scroll on the bottom of the forum page, the thin white text is making my eyes BUGGY Even a very dark grey (charcoal?) would help & still look cool.
What ever you want to do is cool with me.I am blind and type by feel.If it bothers the group what ever you want.I like it fine just getting used to it. James Lee
My main issue, is if I change the side bar, it will change some of the inner boarders as well, which will look strange.
If I change the black background and make it lighter, the darker gray boarders here around the text you are reading will get washed out.
Also, the cool blending of the pictures into the background will no longer occur if the background color is changed.
Honestly, part of the reason I choose the black theme was because it is very bedroom friendly to my better half late at night if I choose to spy on the forum while she is sleeping
But seriously... I want to have some feedback here.

My monitor and my eyes share these traits: They're both getting dimmer and fuzzier with age and I'm too stubborn...or vain...to get glasses It's no biggie, really. I didn't realise the 'look' was so integrated that changing one property would mess with the others. The scrollbar is completely invisible on my monitor but I try not to grab the mouse so much anyway (I prefer keyboard shortcuts). Upping the font size one notch would be VERY helpful.

1st thing I noticed was I could barely see the scroll bar + the 3 pictures at top are blurry and washed into the background. I have viewed this site from 4 separate PCs now, and for my taste more contrast is needed between light & dark colors to separate background from everything else you need to navigate and view graphics.
Actually... the 3 pics on the top banner are supposed to blur and melt in to the background like that. It's just my attempt at a little artwork.
I realize the contrast can be too low for some people. I'm going to see what I can do soon. Some love it... but others do not. I'll see what I can do about it soon.

I can see the scroll bar just fine at home under Windows XP, but at work on all our PC's running Windows NT, the side scroll bar is flat out gone. I think it is NT related.

It may be a very old version of internet explorer.

Thats it for sure. They have the network security set so users arent allowed to get anything from the Windows Update Page. Good thing I keep current at home.

I followed a few of BNHSHALLOWS links from the YERFER.net forum over to here several times before I became a registered user and I can remember thinking "ahhh the link must be messed up".......problem was I didnt realize I was suppose to scroll the dang page down......just didnt see it on the bottom right.......but now that I know its there Its not a problem.......I definitely need a new monitor here and have heard the color variations from one monitor manufacturer to the other is quite different!
If it wasn't tied into other spots in the middle of the scheme here I'd chang it in a heartbeat. Toying with the idea of changing the software used here anyhow... which would change EVERYTHING.
I need to find a bad monitor. I've looked with about a dozen so far...
