In light of the new addition to the family I have decided to sell my Polaris 500 powered 250 Joyner SV. There are several folks on here that have seen this run. I won't kid you it does need some TLC, but it does run fairly decent for what it is.

The engine is a 01 500 scrambler engine that has had extensive engine work. It is running an Xplorer hi/lo transmission. It has a modified Joyner spool set up for split sprockets. It has custom wheel adapters to run Polaris 4x156 wheels with 12mm studs. When I built this I bought a set of new Walker Evens clicker shocks for the front and I bought from GmanLv a set of FOX reservoir shocks for the rear. It has stock brakes with a relocated EBrake by the shifter. It also has all LED lights headlight, tail lights (no blinkers but could be set up for) and a 12 LED light bar. It also is set up with an Vapor Tech tach/ speedometer.

I am asking $4000 for this and would consider a 250 Hammerhead with the hi/lo transmission as partial trade. It doesn't have to be in great shape as I have an engine for it as well as tires.

I realize these are an acquired taste and not for everyone. It will require someone that likes to tinker. It has had extensive work done on the engine and is not your average 500HO.

If push comes to shove I may have to dismantle it and piece it out. I do have everything to put it back to stock. If someone wants parts of it let me know and we can go from there.

Ive riden with PapaRich quite abit and believe me the buggy is no slouch. He takes pride in his builds and it shows. Who ever buys this will be one happy camper!

Remotely interested..i would love to buy it. Just dont have the money. Your also all most 9 hrs drive. However some parts would be more up my ally

I'm trying to stayed focused on street plated toys, otherwise I would be tempted. I can use them more instead of having something sit 2-3 months between trips. I cannot drive out of the garage on to trails and the nearest open area is over an hour away when there is no highway traffic. I feel dropping in a 400-800cc 4-stroke into a SV250 chassis makes a great all-round buggy.
