Thanks guys. Yes, even I had fun on the Blue Rover. The little 90cc engine carried my fat 220 self around with no problem.

Got some more goods to put on the Blue Rover today.

2" Rear Wheel Spacers

Keihin 20mm Carb

LED Headlights

Safety Flag Holder

...for the Red Rover

Safety Flag Holder

MP3 player/speakers

Installed the new carb (put a 95 main jet) and installed the rear wheel spacers before it got dark. Quick test in the backyard, now the hesitation is totally gone. Perfect throttle. 37 pilot and 95 main.

Nice. How do those Tusk quick connect flag pole mounts work?

I'll take a pic today. In a nutshell, most ATV's have a mount these fit in, the Rovers don't. Then you loosen the anodized part (just a big nut), which lets you slip in a safety flag rod in, then re-tighten the anodized nut to snug.

Here's the one mounted on the Red Rover. Blue one needs longer mounting bolts. You can see on my Honda ATC, there is a mount built into the rear grab bar.

Mounted up the new LED headlights on the Blue Rover. Waiting on the switches and rear light bar, then I can wire it up.

Was curious if a part of it stayed on the machine and a part of it stayed on the flagpole. Sounds like the whole assy stays on the machine, and then you remove just the flagpole. Yes?

Exactly, stays on the ATV. It's just a quick release so you don't have to unbolt the flag after every use. Flags are in the Toy Hauler and it's raining, so not motivated to put them on just yet

Most of the China buggies have flag mounts, so I'm surprised the Rovers do not. I know my Yerf-Dog buggies did not, so I used bicycle safety flags and mounts attached the cage bolts.

Agree. Most of my ATV's had the mount. I had a Baja Motorsports Quad that also didn't have that mount as well.

Installed the MP3 player on my sons Red Rover today. Used the existing speakers as they are larger and louder. Ran the engine at the same time to make sure it can still be heard. No problems there, this player plays nice and loud.

OP, where did you purchase the chains for these? I have a buddy with one and he needs a chain and told me he could not find the correct one.

I got all my parts from this place. They are reasonable too.

Nope. The Red key is the fast one. Blue is for learning. The CDI has 3 numbers (1,2 and 3), 3 being the fastest.

They do move really well for a 90cc. ETon quality is very good too.

My kids started out on an Eton 40 quad when they were 3yrs old in the desert. They loved it. It ran pretty good for the time we had it. It was a little thing. I could just pick it up like an ice chest and put it in the trailer. They quickly out grew it and we sold it. I bought it new from Motoworld in El Cajon California. Haven't seen any Etons since then until now. That was in 2004.

Cool. I live in El Cajon and visit Motoworls every once in awhile. Veys is now in EC too and they are closer to me.
