Ok guys I'm fairly new here and to the joyners, picked one up about a month ago. I work at O'reilly auto parts and have found quite a few things that I carry in stock at the store that aren't listed here. I'm in the process of making a list to post for every one. If there is something you're looking for I can try to find it just let me know.

Where is your list? Half year gone - nothing posted here ...

I am new to Joyner buggies. I bought 2-650's, 1 with the Fast Freddy's set up and one stock. Thank you for the amount of time and info put into this thread. these buggies while old, are a blast to drive. We have a place in Parker AZ., There wasn't a way I was coming up with 10-40k for a RZR, I found the Joyners and can see an 1100SV down the road. thank you again for this list.

PFI wheel bearing PW30550030/25CS and PW 30550032CS (UK based roughly £20 each, managed to get a deal for all 4 £60)

Also replaced the CV boots, used a Universal kit and cut them down to fit no problem £3 quid a boot with grease and bands.

You can add PFI bearings as a replacement for the front
They are the same as the arctic cat 400 #0402-275
PFI partnumber: PW30550030/25CS

According to PFI, the bearings 30x55x30-25 are the same for the following models of arctic cat:
atv250 199-2004
atv300 1998-2004
atv400 1998-2004
atv500 1998-2004
atv650 2004
Bearcat 454 1996-1998

Found a new tie rod replacement for joyner 650 sand spider. Hot Damn that was annoying. I will order one into O'reilly's and verify.

looks like 1981 to 1993 Mercedes 190e and 190d used them. lots available.

moog-es3018r = m12 - 1.5 rh about #30 each
moog-es3017r = m12 - 1.5 rh

Just add a L for left hand thread but i believe all ss are right hand.

Link to part:

https://www.moog-suspension-parts.com/moog-es3018r

Link to data page for moog tie rods:

https://www.moog-suspension-parts.com/u ... d_ends.asp

cheers :)

UPdate: while the information above is accurate i did not buy one. After talking to a guy on facebook that has 6 sand spiders he told how to do a heim joint. Much better and easier. Just use a 1/2 x 20 tap and thread the new joint in. It took me about 10 minutes and i was done. It is a high angle joint so works perfect.

I used this heim joint. The thread is 1/2" x 20 Right hand.

Ebay part info:QA1 PCYMR8T High Misalign Chromoly Heim Joint Rod Ends 1/2-20 RH Male

You will have to go to home depot and get 2 1/2 x 20 jam nuts as these did not come with them. Also you will need a grade 8 1/2 bolt with two washers to link them to the spindle.

Hi all adding to the list.

I can confirm the starter by AS-PL model: S6018 it's a direct fit for the 650ss this link https://m.onlinecarparts.co.uk/car-brands/spare-parts-suzuki/alto-1984/4424/10459/starter.html will take you to the site I ordered from. Have not tried any of the others but they all have same mounts.
