If your going to purchase a rifle for hunting make sure you get a Barrett 82A1-50B. You will never need a second rifle. With this particular one you will be able to hunt anything from squirrel to antelope and so much more, turkey duck, pheasant, and it is perfect for home defense.

I just happen to know someone in Illinois, with a license, that sells those things.  He is also willing to teach you how to use them. :blastg
He is certified to teach you to conceal carry them in the state of IL. 8)

Wouldn't you agree this would be a great beginner rifle for Ron and Son.

Appreciate it. Not a hunter, and never will be. Might get a hand gun, and a rifle of some sort just for messin' around. An auctioneer buddy of mine has a couple Winchester side loaders that I like.

Might take the concealed carry classes as well. We'll see. Baby steps.

Ride?????

I believe you just did, and I'm going to say probably not. I seriously think that "National Bash" has run it's course. It's always the same few, with no new members showing up! Sooo instead of 1 big bash, now we will just have a bunch of smaller rides...... since it's the same thing anyway.
But I could be wrong.

It looks like Crazy Bill and I will being making this ride. As Lee is now without a ride (Joyner sold and delivered) he has to find something to ride. We are hoping to be there Thursday as well.
