Joyner Europe, Borossi or Storm Buggies should be able to help you. Mazda MX5 seats will also fit your SS650 if you want something fancier. In the US we can get really cheap blown plastic seats, but shipping is always the biggest cost. Do you have any performance shops where boy-racers buy their gear? You may find new or used seats at better prices locally.
