Have a 110cc buggy that had a semi auto 2 speed with reverse that was puking oil everywhere it could so i got a brand new semi auto 3 speed with reverse and the clutch is always engaged when in gear. Ive adjuster the little adjuster on the side to the max both ways and only thing that changes is its un shift-able when adjusted one way and easy to shift the other way but its still engaged either way.

Hi, I worked on a few of them. A few things could be going on. I am assuming you got the idle low enough to disengage the clutch. so there could be a issue in the clutch pack itself, they could of over tightened the clutch nut, a froze bushing ect. either way it has to come apart to find out. I have a manual on my website that has some decent pictures and info on these engine's free for download
