Ive really been looking into the endrigo heads and the mid/top end cam. Is there a cheaper just as good alternative?

I don't know of many cam options anymore, other than the Endrigo. I have Tom Syc work on my head and I believe with shipping back and forth and gaskets it was around $200.

What all was done to your head? and yeah those are the only two cams ive seen.

Port and polish, match the intake to the intake port, mill the head .030. Some of the best money you can spend on one of these.

Thats the current set up......Its a little messy. Still feel as tho high is useless for anything other than hard surfaces. Sockman whats your top speed?

The belt/pulley looks about normal. Not sure on my top speed, I would guess mid 40's, but I'm geared a little different. You can always put it in neutral, and then throttle it up to watch the belt go thru its cycles. If belt doesn't go all the way up in the variator, or not all the way down in the rear pulley, then that'd limit your top speed.

I have a red torque spring atm but no clue what weight rollers....they cam from jersey devil last year with some things i bought from him and they were take outs that only had a few miles on them from his wifes buggy and i cant remember what weight they was or if he even told me. But im wondering if they aint over coming the strength of the red spring. My goal is to eventually get 50-60 mph out of this because i drive it to town and to family's houses sometimes and anything under 45 just dont cut it. My old crossfire 150 would run 45 all day and it was an enjoyable ride other than than it screaming 9500-10000 rpm the whole time.

Whats a good recommended carb upgrade that dont cost a small fortune? Also have running hyosung mse 250i fuel injected 25hp 4v head scooter and would like to get some opinions on swapping the fuel injection over to the hammerhead. I think it would be a fairly straight forward swap although time consuming with all the wiring but would it be worth it? Also can get ecotrons or microsquirt systems for less than 300 bucks.

I think the red spring is one of the stiffest ones, and may be keeping your driven pulley from opening all the way up. I've never run one, so I'm not sure. 60mph? Maybe, but you'd want heavy rollers/sliders, and probably the stock torque spring. Might even need to change the gearing. You'd lose most of your low end, though. IDK, never tried to gear one to run a high speed, was always trying to find something that could handle the trails well and run reasonably fast on open stretches. Keep us posted.

My SV250 can run at 50 mph with street tires, but is more comfortable at 40-45 mph on the roads. You will get better speed and handling if you go to less aggressive tread at high pressures than running your current ATV tires.

Ill order a yellow spring and and some sliders...it seems 17-18g rollers is most used so 20g sliders?I would be happy with 45-50 for now. And i actually have a set of wheels that someone put what appears to be boat trailer tires on that i can use for street tires.

Not positive but that looks like a clutch for a CN not a Cf 250. Those are smaller.

I would have to agree having a CN250 bell sitting on my bench currently. The CF bells are flatter faced and larger in diameter.

Ordered some 20g sliders and they should be here in a few days so we will see what kinda difference that makes. Still looking for carb options or opinions on efi.

I'm running a dr.pulley clutch, with stiffest clutch springs, and lightest pillow springs, basically engages at higher rpms off start, and the lighter pillow springs lock the clutch into position more quickly for solid engagement (no slippage) I figured this was the best set up for my terrain, also running a red torque spring, and 13g sliders, I also changed my 13t drive sprocket to a 12t, and increased my 39t axle Sprocket to a 42t, barely fits in the cage, but helps with the low end......
I can get 40mph out of it pretty darn quick! And I'm running 22x11x10 swamp lites, but where it shines is the low end power for climbing, again I am in very rough, hilly terrain,
I too have looked into the ecotron kit for the CF Moto engines, I was told by the company to use the 34mm throttle body kit, with a 128g injector, it looks like a very nice set-up, and would run much cleaner/reliable, and more responsive, I was quoted $699 for this kit from ecotron, could you tell me where you were quoted $300, cause if I go this route, I would like to buy from your man, lol!
