I like the dates better, i think. Running the fireworks tent caused me to have to leave early last year due to mass confusion of how operations should work. That's another story. Maybe being a week earlier will be ok for me to pull off and enjoy my trip.
The Can-am losing 4x4 last year was an easy fix. Could have fixed it on the trail had I known what to do. no need to worry about that this year though since it was stolen 2 weeks after I returned home. That's another good story as well. Will bring the 150 or 4-wheeler so that I can at least ride around

I have driven 7 hours... what's another 3?

Been to a few bashes and have to say you will have fun.

If you want to ride... 6 people or more will be getting in their buggies before you can say who wants to go for a Ride?

Someone is always ready for another beer... some will offer you one... before you're ready.
But keep it somewhat sober until night time. Don't want anyone getting hurt or being a "problem" on the trail.

Horseshoes / cornhole game on a lake gravel bar, clear cool lake to cool off in at campsite, good food, good music, good people (no bitching allowed) and trails all around.

If you break down... no problem. People will help ya get back up and running if possible.

Don't miss a good time... you will return once you go to the first one.

And the stories....

its another 4 hrs over 7 lol. If it was closer I would def give it a try, it would take a whole day of getting there, and a whole day driving home. I bet its a lot of fun. Its the driving 11hrs each way I know I wouldn't be able to tolerate.

Just make it a whole week trip, many will be there early. I'm planning on Tuesday.

#-o As luck would have it, Firework season starts the 20th of June and I have 3 tents this to manage. Looks like I will be missing this one too. If I get everything opened and running smoothly, I might try and drive up Saturday if I can get away. #-o

It's only April, you have plenty of time to hire some good help, but there is one catch! You are going to have to abandon that plantation mentality and pay them a decent wage, I mean after all it is 2017 not 1817.

The corn in the South is nothing like the Northern corn. Soil makes a big difference. #-o

That was some good corn. We don't have that sweet of corn down south, in fact it is tasteless.

Well if that is the case just buy some wireless camera's linked to your cell phone so you can keep an eye on the family as well as communicate. Also fit them with some shock collars. If they get out of line or not follow directions shock them. It should give the same feeling of taking them out back for a whipping.

$1400 a day for 16 days is hard to walk away from. Just gonna have to commit to a fall ride and be happy. Thinking about getting a Polaris Ranger 570. All around good machine and I can multi use here and on the trails. Even thought about selling the 150 #-o but just cant bring myself to do it [-(

I have one of those and have pretty happy with it. I bought it to be a replacement for my Kawasaki Mule. Not as tough of a machine as the mule but rides a lot better and faster. We use it around the place for yard work but still good enough for trail riding. It has been to Blackriver, Ride Royal Blue and VOF north of Las Vegas. Back springs are weak and the battery is really too small are my only complaints.
