Fuel pressure is critical on fuel injection as far as performance goes. I know on most cars 40-60 lbs. Their must be a spec. somewhere.

It's just too bad that there isn't much documentation available on the BMS.

Can I get a fuel pressure guage at pretty much any auto parts store? My friend has the exact same buggy as me, so, I'm thinking I can get a reading off of his for comparison...

55-60 psi is the recommended fuel line pressure.

Thanks pghruby.... I'll check mine out. maybe I can find a less expensive pump now that I know the pressure (if that's the problem).

I looked it up for ya,
It needs to be 34 and 36 psi to run correctly.

That sounds like the pressure for a carbureted engine. Check out these threads:

Thanks for the links pghruby...

The upside to owning an unreliable toy is that I 'get' to learn a lot as I go.
