The fuel pressure sounds low, change the filter if still no change, adjust regulator on fuel rail see if you can raise to around 55psi. If that doesn't work it sounds like clogged injectors or fuel pump. Also is the timing set right on this motor.

Well Well Well... I pulled my AIR filter off because I hosed the gas off that I got everywhere. It wasn't that dirty, it nearly new. Figured I'd start it... RUNS LIKE A CHAMP.
I guess this thing doesn't like it's new K&N filter. It is a 'little' smaller than the stock filter, but it ran fine when I put it on. I guess I'll have to find a bigger/better one, or just keep this one pristine!
At least I got a new fuel pressure guage out of the deal!

Ghost - I've been to AZ Track & Trail a couple times. He is a pretty good guy to deal with. I just like to try fixing it myself first.

I normally try stupid/easy stuff first. But the filter looked pretty good.

Well, I finally gave up on it! Put it on the trailer and pulled it to the shop (AZ Track & Trail). I hope he can figure it out. He seems to know his 'stuff'...
