Well... Update...

I went and picked it up today. Turns out I had the timing set wrong, I set it to the white mark Which he tells me is TDC and it needs to be 8-12 degrees before. I take it for a spin, runs great, I give him $27 and trailer it back home.

Then, me and my wife take it out. Was running good (got it up to 55mph)... ... ... ... ... ... ... ...Start to loose power!!!!!!!!!

I limped it home and called him up. He's thinking I might have a Throttle Position Sensor going bad... or maybe my fuel pump, when it warms up looses pressure.
I can't get JUST the TPS from BMS of course, have to buy the Whole throttle!
I'm leaning more towards the fuel pump loosing pressure.?.?.?

One other thing. When me and my wife took off today we got about a mile down the road and the engine 'cut out' for just a second. I let off the gas and hit it again and it kept right on going. It has done this once before, recently, just forgot about it until it did it today.

Hi, that gas cap could be the problem, its not supposed to be vented, would affect fuel pressure, keep us posted, Ghost

I thought that the gas 'was' supposed to be vented to stop vacume from building up in the tank. Especialy since my regulator bypass doesn't return to the tank.???
Either way I will order a new cap.

Still no fuel pump!

The people I ordered it from sent me an e-mail the they were out ot the pump I wanted, but they had a different brand pump for the same money.
I asked them the model # for the pump they had, and if the specs were the same. Asked then a couple times... no response.

So finally I told them to just refund my money, and they did.
Still no fuel pump!

But, the buggy has been running pretty good lately.
