Replace the intake with a 2" UNI filter, rejet your carburetor and upgrade your CVT to 17g sliders and the red Malossi torque spring.

250's dont need to turn more than 8000-8500. ligther rollersor sliders will spool up the engine quicker. some cdi's will remove th rev limiter, but if you are not hitting it now then its a waste of money. and what Peter just said

I posted my experience under "Powersportsmax, not the way to go" a few months ago. I had a similar experience although my Kinroad 250 ran fine from the start once I figured out that it needed manual priming. But yes, crate damage, weewee poor customer service etc. I will never purchase from them again, nor would I recommend them to my worst enemy! Beware too, they also have a site called motopartsmax.com or something to that effect, stear clear!
Oh yes, everyone here seems to be fond of McDonough Powersports, be sure to try them first for all your needs. Outstanding people! They have supplied me with parts and tech. advice and will remain my first choice for my parts needs. Best of luck!

I bought my buggy from MXMotorSports, which is also the same company. They too have a terrible reputation. Fortunately, I was not a new comer to purchasing Chinese ORV’s over the internet, so I knew exactly what I was getting myself into. I just hoped the buggy was in decent shape with no major parts missing. I got lucky this time around. However that has not always been the case.

From the get go, I modified the poop out of my buggy. As a result it took me a good three weeks tinkering with different jets, carburetors and intake boots to get it to run right. I love it now, but I would never buy new again. Not with these buggies going for $800 on Craigslist.

BigE will take care of you for sure. I've spent 2 or 3 bucks with him and he's great. If the buggy as a waranty and it's a good dealer than new is nice. But both my buggies and my dads all came from craigs list.
