WhatHarley, im sure you will get it where it needs to be. Just take the good advice that the dealers give you and you will be fine. Your buggy could have been top notch before but someone thought they knew better than the pro's.

I'm talking about both carts. The first one is for the i50 and the second is about the 300. I quess the steering would be fine after you get use to it. One really good thing about that steering is it dont hurt when you hit a rut. My buggy wants to rip the wheel out of your hand sometimes. Sens Funnyman a pm on the sproket. He can probly make you one if you dont want to

Any of the three weekends is fine by me. One of you guys that knows how to set up a poll, go ahead and let's see what works out best. I was just thinking April to let it warm up some. I also learned about a place yesterday that is on Monteagle Mtn. Chucko and Eric will remember that big hill. It's called Coalmont and it is logging and strip mine roads. It's free too I think. The fellow that was telling me about it said they rode there 4-wheelers 25 miles in to reach their camping site. That's what I'm talking about.

You'll have to remove the cv axles first I'm sure. On the hh I took the shock off and over extended the trailing arm to get the arm out. Then probly a c clip holds the cup on.
Can you post a pic of the rear if no one else has the answer
What size sprokets you going with? If it's not to much you might want to try a few till you get it right.
Or maybe go big on the rear and get a few for the front if it's cheaper
