That Quaife runs about $3200. There's a direct drive model that runs about $4800.
Are you considering something with a differential? In most cases, small buggies designed for offroad use don't really need a diff.

You can get the quaife reverse unit for around $1400.

another good diff is the Roberto. diirk alerted me to these. come with reverse also. i believe they are much less expensive.
