I recently moved to the high desert in california and ned to get my buggy registered. Problem is, all I have for paperwork is a bill of sale. The buggy has a vin stamped on it, but I have no title. Is there a way to get a title in cali, red sticker, green sticker? any information will help. I would eventually like to be able to sell it and a title would make that much easier to do. Please let me know if you have good info. I don't want to go to the DMV anymore than I need to.

welcome i do a lot of riding in your area, I would apply for a lost title through the state of cal.
