I have a yerf-dog gx150. I would like to know if the blade engine will fit in it and if it is possible to purchase one without the cart.

It probably would... but you would have to talk to Stu to find out if he can sell you one or not.

It will fit but the output shaft is longer for a reverse gearbox, you might as well purchase one of those also. But then again, just get the whole cart! You can switch your output shaft if necessary.

There were a couple of new engines with all electrical and carb stuff selling for $300 a while back, awesome buggies used to list an engine on their site for $600.

Would be cheaper to fix your engine, you've got the better cylinder head anyway!
