Hi guys, I just need some info on american made ignition parts replacement on the 05 Joyner 650 spider. I would like to replace the plugs, wires, rotor cap, and anything else needed like this instead of using the chinese parts.

Does anyone have any part/ brand replacement numbers from like Napa, pep Boys, Advance auto parts (those are some of my local parts stores), or do I have to stay with the orginal equipment to replace.

The problem is a slight stall in acceleration. Timing and carb adjustment have already been done but with some improvement but still stalling alittle at low speed. Is this common or changing the plugs and other things will help this?.

It starts fine and idols great. I don't like the stalling, but if I accelerate a little more, it goes away as long as I keep my foot in it, but if I am taking it easy, it will do it.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance for the help.

There is a new member, named Turborob. Used to work for joyner, says he is familiar with replacement parts. You might want to PM him.

here is the link for his post in the meet and greet section. Open it up and look for the PM link (either on the top or bottom of his message) and send him a message.

http://www.buggynews.com/topic7761.html

He talks about being knowledgeable on the electronics and wiring.

Hope it helps you out.

Chris
