without a doubt Dr. Pulleys HiT clutch will help you're torque greatly, a bit expensive, but worth every penny. Other mods looking good, a 32mm carb would help but not like the clutch I'd get the clutch before the carb
1 last thing this is the GK-06 right?? And if you go to this link it's the correct buggy and if the specs are correct this thing weighs in at almost 800lbs??? are you serious?? No wonder it'll only do 30mph. It is a beautiful kart..............if it had a 400cc engine on it. I guess if it's enough for what you use it for then it's all good, good luck

yeah I have gk-06 and it is heavy. Great ride but slow. I'm looking at putting arctic cat 440 2-stroke in mine. I thought it was a 660 but looked closer at it today and found it was 440 . I thought also about an engine out of utv maybe less modifying??

I have the same buggie and I tryed the 32mm carb but took it back because my stock one put out more power than the 32mm one did.I had my stock carb jetted at 128 and it had so much more responce than the 32mm. I don't know if this happened to anyone else but I think the 32mm carb is for a big bore kit, well that's my oppinion, anyway if you get the Dr pully clutch it's the best upgrade you can do then maybe get the kavlar belt 132 it's longer and thinner and is perfect for the high geared buggies.Your on the right track, I would just consider the clutch because no matter what mods you do it doesn't matter if the power doesn't get to the wheels, and from experance don't waste the money on any other than the Dr pully I did and now I have a Mallosi and a Dr pully.Clutching is the most important thing for these high geared buggies, but don't they ride great. Also my buddie has a chain drive 250 and those stock clime so good and know were even on climbing so you can get these gk-06's to do good you just have to spend some money.... Later Mic..............
