Evil, the more the merrier like I told Raz. We will have a good time. And seeing there is going to be some folks there on the 7th I changed my reservation so I will also be there on the 7th. As for Tom's generator it may be good but it is also LOUD. I guess I need to gather all my spare parts toget...

I like the A12 it seems to do pretty well. I made the mistake and ordered an A11 and found it would not work with a stock head. It would bind the valve springs :(

Glad to hear that no one was hurt. My first thoughts were that you can weld on new tabs and get new arms to fix that. But the next pictures show you having cut the back off so it is a moot point.

You have to make sure the spool sprocket is in line with the transmission sprocket. That means top to bottom as well as front to back or you will wear the sprockets out prematurely or in worst case the chain will jump off.

The other thing you may want to check while you have this opened up is the snap ring that holds the sprocket on the oil pump. I have seen those get loose and come off.

You may want to run a compression check just to make the valves are sealing good. Just remember to have the throttle wide open when cranking the engine. I lapped the valves prior to putting the springs on and checked them by putting carb cleaner and let it pool to verify leaking (head upside down) p...

Make sure your black wire off the CDI is not grounded somewhere. That looks like the kill wire.
