Did you put a gasket between the case halves or sealer? I tried to do it with just sealer and had that problem. It will need that .012" gasket to work right. From my experience anyway. Also you need to make sure the timing marks line up on the gears of the shift mechanism.

Unlike some engines that are supposedly stock this one is, well mostly. Stock bore stock stroke, stock head. 150cc.

Yeah it fit and I blocked off the vacuum hose. I just don’t know if the endrigo manifold is actually a worthwhile thing to buy. Having made and used this type of manifold I feel I can answer your question. 1, You will lose some low end torque with them. You can clean up a stock manifold and it will...

Raz, talk to Sockman about the RZR seats he put in his HH. You can get them reasonable and they are more comfortable than the cheap buggy seats.

It has been a while since I have updated this post. There may be a few that are still interested in the progress of Momma Rich's buggy so here goes. I had got so discussed with this so it got side lined for a while. But last year I got motivated to get back to it. Ultimately it got taken completely ...

I have site 017 for Friday and Saturday which is on the other side as there is nothing left on the good side. Not sure what I will be riding as the 150 is sick at the moment. I need to find someone who knows how to work on these.
