also I have found the sym used on the cater xp and zr 150 was mounted differant, the chain and sprocket and axle were moved over toward the passenger side about 1/4 inch.

they can be tricky sometimes. adjust the valves and that will help alot

the 10 gram and 1500 main would be good, check the teeth on the rear sprocket, if its a 39 tooth then I would do the red main spring and 12 gram sliders. as far as the variators go both the hoca and ncy are good choices

if I remember right on my mv the fuel lines went from tank, filter, pump, regulator, engine. from the bottom of the regulator back to the tank. tank has a vapor line that runs to the charcoal canister and another one going to the engine

the sym engine is a good engine, but the top end and internal engine parts are hard to get and expensive
