I'm working out the final bugs with my BigBore Kit Rebuild; so I hope to have that ready. Regardless, I'm picking up another RZR Engine just North of CAW; so it's on the way. One way or another I'll be riding at CAW.

A rim doesn't replace a hub....

Those spacers are okay, but 3" is too long.
We used 2" on ACBlind's and it was fine.

I think there are multiple things that have taken place. I think I bearing started to go on the original axle which caused wear on the original hub. The new axle was installed with the worn "old" hub which helped destroy the new axle and further destroy the old hub. You need to check every...

I ran for several years without any problems at all.
ACBlind went through 2 axles fairly quick and then didn't have another problem at all.

OP has to post pictures in order to determine details.
Until then, it's all just a guess.
