Autoph, you are right, the Joyner ran ok, but, it pushes so bad it's unreal. Around that small track, HH ruled the roost. The HH has a turning radius of a 150. I had taken out might stock weights and main spring ( I was very disappointed in it's actions with the 17g and a blue main). I will be chan...

Just tap them out, there is a light spline on the bolt to keep them from turning in the hub.

i know you guys will give me fecal matter on this comment but this is one of the reasons i do not jump my buggy. if the motor is reving when you land.....not a good thing. the other reason is the sh!!tty suspension on the HH. it's just not made for catching air. like we have all said before, if ham...

Funnymans 150 actually runs better than what you see on the Vids. that thing is bad to the bone. It sure put a woopin on my 250, it had torque like a big block. Wish my 150s ran half as well. I really think if he could get it to hook up it would pull the front wheels.

Mine lined up perfect maybe just luck I don't know. I figure that was the reason for the pocket and the dowels on the cover in the first place. The pocket in the cover is about 27.5 mm 10mm I.D. bearings come in 26mm and 30mm O.D. so the easiest thing was to use one undersize and shim it. I have no...

Thanks G-Ray. My only concern is trying to get the alignment correct so as to not work harden the shaft to the point that it will eventually break at the bearing.

Has anyone mounted a pilot bearing in the cvt cover to support the end of the shaft to keep this from happening again? Any suggestions as the best way to do this?

Got back yesterday from Buggyrunners bash to find that I have a bent main shaft in my HH250SS transmission. Pulled it down and everything else looks good. This is the shaft that has the rear clutch mounted to. It is bent enough that the clutch bell is rubbing the cover and the end of the shaft has e...

I like my HH as well, not saying that Kandi's are bad just thought he might have better luck getting parts for the HH easier.

Strut update, my 08? HH 250 has the fender mount on the frame not the strut as oposed to the 09. My 08's strut looks to be the same as my 2010 150GTS except for the difference in color. All three are aproximately 17". I know some of the earlier ones are 15". Disclaimer... I did not pull an...

Dgoner, I got rid of my quads for buggies because I feel they are much safer. No they are not as reliable as a good quad but parts are much cheaper and like as been said on here two can ride safely on these as aposed to a quad. My 10 year old granddaughter drives the 150 and has a ball. With her and...

Johnjett, I bought the blade 70kt for my grandkids. I have had nothing but problems with it. The tank has cracked, it has a drain on the battery when not running. I have to disconnect it or it will run down just sitting. I had to replace the carb because I could not get it to idle right. this list g...

I bought a set of these for the grandkids buggy after the grandson had a little contact with one of the other buggys and broke the originals. What junk they are....lit one up and was really disappointed. I wouldn't even mount them...sould have taken them back...waste of money.....
