Not sure what your saying about the stator trying to turn. The stator is under the flywheel and is not visible, plus it is fixed in place. Are you saying the flywheel is trying to turn? Have you tried to turn the engine over by hand. You can either take the CVT cover off and turn the variator or you...

With the UNI and exhaust, a good starting point is a 40 pilot and a 125 to 130 main. That should be close if everything else is stock.

Someone with more experience on that carb will have to answer your question.

I have run the Equus gauges, they have an inexpensive electronic temp gauge and well as voltage gauge. They do have tachs as well. Autozone and O'Rielys have them.

Guys I already went to the dark side before you guys did. I just went with a different flavor. This is more suited to the area where I ride. I did install a 4500 lb winch that can't be seen in the pics.
