i'm probably showing my ignorance here but i'm not sure an A/F gauge would be of any use. you have some nice upgrades. just dial it in and go. :D

Yes, you need to see light through all jets. If the carb is that gummed up you may be better off just replacing it instead of chasing plugged ports and jets.

on #1 question: A. does your buggy sputter and cut out when climbing or just loose power? if the engine is running fine but just seems to be "slipping" as you climb there are a couple reasons this could happen. before i give suggestions i will make the comment that what you have is a stock...

what carb did you install and did it also have the probe for the high temp?
the wiring needs to be correct.

two are the hh250 CFMoto OEM Mitsuboshi belts. ( one new , one used) the other is the same application. i got it from Ray at reliable gokarts. I have the new mitsuboshi spoken for already.

I have a few extra parts left over from the HH250's that i will not need. If you are interested shoot me an offer. look at Walker part number 17871. I think that's what i used on my buggy. The dimensions are correct anyway.......
i got mine at summit racing because i am only 30 minutes from them and it was cheap...lol

If i remember correctly it was from a late 90's Civix dx.
12" long body with 1.5" inlet & outlet.

Ron, I agree that the exhaust is nice but it's just too loud for where i ride. i put the Civic muffler back on. getiin' old i guess.... :lol: :lol:

I have a performance exhaust that was on my buggy when i bought it. the PO had installed it and it wasn't on the buggy very long. i have the muffler/pipe assembly and the hanger.
125.00 takes it
