do what Pud said and if that doesn't work you may want to check the charging system. it almost sounds like you ran off the battery juice for three days and now that you drained the battery, it's done. sounds like its's not charging the battery.

After looking at my notes, Karl is correct, i used 12g sliders not the heavier ones. i was thinking of my 250 when i mentioned the 17g.

i have an 09 carbide. this is what i did and it works great. 1. i installed lighter rollers/sliders (15 or 17 gram i believe). 2. i installed a larger rear sprocket for more low end. 3. keep the stock clutch, it will be fine. don't get sucked into the dr. pulley clutch BS like i did with my 2007 HH2...

i would recommend using some sort of muffler, resonator, baffle of some sort. two reasons 1. like PGH said....if the pipe is too short you WILL see engine failure. 2. a little back pressure is good for performance. ok...three reasons.....it will be loud as H E double hockey sticks without anything o...

What I was worried about with welding the carrier to the shaft is if I ever have to disassemble the box. when i built one of the buggies i went to http://www.scooterparts4less.com and got a sprocket. they had choices of 520 and 530 sprockets in various tooth counts. you just need to decide what rat...

YES! It worked. kid4life - thanks so much for your help. I had to push the syringe very hard, but eventually, the fluid flowed back into the master cylinder. I did both front brakes. Now, I can't get it to start :( It's been sitting for a couple years since I couldn't get the brakes fixed. I checke...

Do you have the cap off the master cylinder? when you loosen the bleeder screw does fluid come out? it will be a slow process. the fluid will slowly enter the system as you push the syringe. back the two pins off that go into the master cylinder from the brake pedal to make sure there is no pressure...

That area is riddled with ATV-friendly venues. Sugar Creek (found by a very cursory google search) is an hour out of Jackson. On top of that, there's quite a few members out that way who could probably not only point you in the right direction as far as where you can ride, but can probably provide ...

50MPH......ummmm...yea.....not gonna happen.....ever.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but if you want 50mph you need a RZR or a quad. a 150 or even a 250cc buggy just ain't gonna get you there unless you have about a half mile of flat, open pavement to build up speed, with a tail wind.

Looks good ron!! if you remember my HH......I ran 25" bearclaws on the rear and 23" on the front but i purchased aftermarket rims because of the offset to keep the tires from rubbing in the front. never had an issue. i did use a 45t sprocket in the rear and 17g sliders to help on low end t...

The GY6 is a popular engine and like makenzie said, they are good engines but not set up for speed. if you want more speed you can do it but in turn, you will be giving up power on the low end. so if you are climbing anything.....forget it. i have a GY6 on my kids Carbide and i have it set up for mo...

i assume you did not get to test drive the buggy before purchase? otherwise you would have known it was a dog before hand. not trying to rub salt in a wound, just hate to see you spend the cash on a NEW buggy just to turn around and rip the engine out.

if bleeding is your issue you can try reverse bleeding. i have had the best luck this way. go to TSC or a farm supply store and pick up a large syringe and about a foot of clear tubing with an I.D. that will fit SNUG over the bleeder screw. take the cap off your M/C resivore, fill the syringe up wit...

One thing to check would be the adjustment on the master cylinder pin that controls your front brakes. I can't remember if it's the left one or right one but trace the lines and it will be easy to figure out. There is a jam nut on that pin to adjust it in and out. Your rear brake pin may be far enou...
