air & fuel has to mixed properly for peak performance so any kind of forced air would result in a need for different jetting. good luck figuring that out.

you could put dual 5" redneck straight stacks up the back of your buggy and not get any more air than you do now. the carb opening is what it is and will only draw so much air.
you do have the option of a bigger carb though.

LED's are definitely the way to go. it may cost a little more than stock lighting but the performance and duability will far outweigh the extra bucks spent on them. and as panzer stated, the cost has been coming down. a light that was $50 a couple years ago is now about $25.

LOVE 'dem LED's!!! :D

find a 250cc. you (and the kids) will outgrow the 150 real quick. not so much the size, but the power.
to answer your question on the "CF" , that refers to the CFmoto 250cc engine that is popular on the hammerhead and joyner buggies. a very well built engine.

just from my own experience........
A stock CDI (without rev limiter) works just fine. you may need to pay attention to the plugs on the harness. they are not all the same.
just my .02

Like i said though im not going super tall, only an inch or two taller front and rear. How wide can i go on these rims? 1" wider? 2" wider? 3" wider? if you have 5" wide front wheels then 8" wide tires is the limit. and that is with a 2" offset on the inside. if you ha...

Interested in the shocks and the uni, depending on the inlet size.

the uni foam is just the outer layer of red foam, not a complete filter.
shocks are 15.75" eye to eye with a 12mm and 10mm eyelet.

there are three bolts too loosen in order to let the engine move to loosen the chain.
the big nut up on top by the radiator, the 14mm bolt that runs through the lower engine support bracket and the one up in front of the engine on that support.
you can see the two rear ones in this pic.

those two lights will draw about a quarter of the amperage your stock lights draw so like rich said, unless you are adding a ton of lights to the buggy you are fine. you don't even need to upgrade your battery if the budget is tight.

weight = HH wins
cockpit room = SV WINS
nimble on tight trails = HH wins
build strength = SV wins
overall better to accept mods = SV wins

you may find the 10x5 (4/110) wheels easier than the 10x8 (4/137) wheels because the 4/137 bolt pattern is not as common.

The higher the watt per diode the brighter the light will be. 2. Next look at the kelvin rating. The Kelvin scale rates the color of the light. 2000 is more of a ...
