That's the single speed version, so pre-2007 (ish). 2006 could be right.

Good news. May want to replace the acorn nuts with a regular nut. Sometimes the head bolt will bottom out in the acorn nut.

Could be the compression tester. I had one of them crap Harbor Freight versions that always read low.

Yep, my 400 Joyner went for a fraction of what I put into it. But, when it went, a whole bunch of crap went with it. Freed up storage space!

I believe some people have had that issue. Mine didn't go that far, but if memory serves, somebody had to mill out the oval area a little bit so they could get it in adjustment. Make my own brackets, and then use Hammerhead/Trailmaster fenders. They've held up pretty well.

Just saw where Heartland resort added another 300 acres to their riding area opening April 1st. Believe they are claiming it's the largest OHV park in the state. From what I understand, they have two parks that are adjoining, one they own completely, and the other was purchased with some DNR funding...

Yes. You want the carb fully open when cranking it.

I usually hold the kill switch while I'm cranking it so it doesn't spark. Completely unnecessary, but somebody once said it was a good idea. :roll:
