I usually do all my repairs with solder and heat shrink at home since there is less bulk, but these would be handy field repairs th...

Check these out. Picked them up from Amazon (50 of four different sizes for $10). Used them to wire in the LED tail lights on the HH. IMG_0457.JPG IMG_0456.JPG You just strip the ends of the wires, feed them in from opposite ends, then heat them up. There's a low temp solder in the middle and then t...

I can't help with your question, but we just did my buddy's 2004 660 Rhino last year. It smoked something fierce. Would go thru 1/2 qt of oil about every ride. Had it bored and we put in a new piston kit. I kinda wished he had gotten a fresh cylinder. It had been bored once before (under warranty we...

So quick update. I found out I have 15g sliders in the variator. I took the Dr. Pulley variator off and compared it to the stock one. The Dr. Pulley is wider than the stock one, so the belt sits higher in the variator, and lower in the clutch pulley. So I put the stock variator on and I did get a fa...

I have used that TQ spring a few times. Its sold here - http://hammerheadperformance.com/performance-upgrades/performance-250cc/spring-techpulley-20-torque-spring-for-250cc-black. Yep, saw that. That's the only place I've seen it. I ran this thing today, and I just flat out don't like how it spools...

Put the clutch and pillow springs back to the way they were (blue and yellow), and put in this yellow torque spring from buggyparts NW. Tried to run it a bit yesterday, but then ran outa gas. The yellow spring is quite a bit longer (obviously), but it compresses easier. The black one is also a bit b...

Can't make it. Gabe has a track meet on Friday, and soccer games Saturday and Sunday. I did call, and all of the water/electric sites are full. This is a busy weekend for them as they do their Easter egg hunt, hide thousands of eggs I guess. Lots of people show for that. If Jamie wanted to make it d...

Thank you, No problem. It's kind of a big open grass field with the hookups on each end of the aisle. We've been able to stay close together for the most part. Works out pretty well. Not a terrible place to camp, but no trees/shade. I haven't reserved, yet. Jamie and I were planning to go, but my s...
