This is about a dealer we don't see a lot of posts about. A few weeks ago I pm'd Sycarms about a reverse cable I needed for a Coolster 250 single seater. I had already been sold two cables that were not the correct cable. Now I don't fault the dealers that sold me the wrong cable, I have experienced the difficulties of trying to find the correct parts for buggies imported by Roketa. I decided to call Sycarms because he had recently purchased the same buggy as me. Sycarms has been outstanding. He has kept me informed about the progress of the cable, without me ever having to contact him. I received the cable today, and it appears to be the correct one.

Now I going to say this to make a point, but I don't want you to expect this of Sycarms. He has never met me, and has no clue what type of person I might be. He did all this legwork, expedited everything he could, AND shipped me the part before I ever paid him.

SycArms, you are a shining example of a business that existed in the Good Ole Days. Fortunately I have only dealt with two other dealers, Eric and Glade. They both bend over backwards just like Sycarms.

I tried to post this the other day, but forum was locked and being overhauled. BTW, revision looks good, guys. Great job.
Anyway, Tom, oh yea. He's a good guy. If you want to hear more from him

I would consider Tom a friend of mine. We became friends while he was building my motor. Really good guy. Knows the gy6's like no bodies business. And stands behind his products and work.

If you have a performance question that your not getting an understanding on, call Tom. I would recomend him to any one looking for engine work or parts.
