This is the start. I bought a sandwich style oil cooler install kit from perma-cool and a oil cooler which has not arrived yet. I plan on installing the oil cooler on the cage between the two seat, so that there is plenty of air flow with electric fan pulling. I am planning on taking it out thursday, I will keep the update.

Oil cooler worked AWESOME!! Temp stayed at 195 F even under full load in the sand. This is a great change from similar conditions 2 weeks earlier, were 2 minutes of full throttle in the sand the buggy was at 250 F and climbing. Overall price was about $120-$150 with fan. This is still with the stock radiator. Next is the 2 row full aluminum radiator to sustain operating temperature in the Las Vegas heat of 115 F +!!!! The oil cooler added approximately 1 quart of oil capacity...

Wow thats a really sweet setup, good work man. Im glad to hear it worked out for you. thats a good price too for a nice looking oil cooler. I also dont see temps rarley break into the 90's, but if I had a turbo that would be a must do for me.

Good Job...
Can you post some details of the produts you needed so that others can get them as well?

It looks like a good fix...
We don't see hardly anything above 90Deg_F around here. It may get up to 100 Deg_F, but on a rare occasion.

Again, good work.

Looks awesome nice clean job, the extra quart of oil due to the cooler is a great thing also.
I honestly didnt think you would see that much temp change with a cooler but obviousely I was wrong, good work.
Thanks for sending Jay my way I do appreciate that.

Later W.C.
