i have the buggy just under a year now and when i go to start the buggy i just get a click from the battery, its not the battery!!! i no the solenoid is not working but even when i cross the terminals with a screwdriver it just turns over for a second!! its also the same with the backup pull starter, the way i get around this is to keep trying the pull starter until it becomes loose and pullable and then cross the terminals, it will fire immediately then!! any ideas whats wrong, could this be fixed entirely by just getting a new solenoid?

I would start by checking the connections at the battery all the way to the starter. then remove the starter and see if it spines freeley when you turn the key

If this even with the pull start something else is wrong.The soleniod is for key starting.Was this always the way?Pull the plug out see if its easy to turn over
