Very nice list. Have you been to the southernridge ATV trails? I was thinking of checking it out in the spring when they reopen. Any one else in Alabama have any good places to ride. I'd like some places where peeps with buggies have been.

I would like to ask another related question: How far do yall go to ride? The nearest riding place for me is at least an hour drive away, and good ones are more like 2-3 hours away.

I have driven 3 hours one way to ride. I will do it again to ride at a good park with freinds.

Well, my buggies are kept at work which is an hour away for me... and that's the only place I can ride in the entire state. Legally anyway...

When we do go for a ride, the nearest place is about 3+ hours away (220 miles). Before it shutdown to ATVs and Buggys we did that trip every other month.

Now the nearest place is about 4 hours away.

.. We drove 22 hours each way to get to the National Bash. Well worth the trip.. Every one of them.

After reading these comments... I've never felt worse for a fellow buggy/ATV rider. You guys have it bad!!!! Like... your serious? 4 hours drive just so you can ride, Chris? My jaw hit the floor when I heard that. I feel SOOOOO bad for you guys.

So, when you get to the "approved" area, how big is the park? If you were to ride every trail once... how long would it take before you start repeating the trails? And are there restrictions on type of buggy, size, traffic patterns, etc?
