 Post subject: sunl 150 rebuild

New to the forum, I am trying to repair/re-assemble kart from a snowmobile engine have all the part just need some picture of how it was when original. Any help would be great.

Hello welcome to the sight im sure someone that knows what there talking about will chime in. I never seen a snowmobile in person so i havent the slighest clue about them.

hello and welcome which one are you talking about the engine,buggy or both.
funnyman i think could help you on the snowmobile engine.i think he is off riding this weekend, if he don't see this give him a pm. i think he has 12 snowmobiles :shock: :) you don't see to many of them around my parts

ok i see what you are wanting to do :) .as far as wiring diagram i haven't seen one myself and i haved looked a lot for one.
do you have the orignal wiring harnness? if not i can give some info on where to get one.
also what pictures do you need, the swing arm area? are you putting the orignal engine back in it.?
i'm charging the battery on my camera now but i will help you with what i can.
why the change back always here of going to more power but never going back :)

well here are a few picture to start off with back at the back of buggy.
the buggy is muddy but the weather has been bad and i'm not much of a washer when it is cold and setting in a unheated building.

when you are running the wires the red hot wire from battery goes to inside of electrical box.the starter solenoid,coil, cdi, choke ,resistor flasher relay if you have turn signals are all in the box making everything a tight fit.get all the wire run and then we can help you on were they plug.
