HELLO ALL Please don't abuse me. I bought a slgk250 2a with out any manuals.Have done some reserch and found an IPC and off this site a cn 250 engine manual and owners what I'm after is some sort of manual that help the original owner put it together. I know this is a shocker but I have had parts on order from sunl since begging of Dec. I also need a # to a good dealer to help with parts don't care were the dealer is.
I would like to talk to someone who has a 250-2a for a report on the cart. have not even got to ride it yet. I have four kids and they are buggin the dirty diaper out of me thinking of turning them loose on SUNL.....
I have four of the slgk-250-2A's thew are decent machines with weaknesses. thew look more agressive than they are.We have had problems with the balljoints and front spindles.(from jumping) I am hard on our buggy's my wife won't let anyone on her 250 and the only thing we have had go wrong with hers is the battery and the relay from sitting but all in all the 250 is far and above the 150 for suspension and ride. they are comparable in power due to the weight difference. and the 250 is a little big for some trails. other than that they are great fun. make sure you adjust the shift linkage properly and stress to any ony riding not to change gears untill completely stopped. What kind of parts are you needing? I may be able to help Good luck Randy

I have a few questions 1. ampride you said to make sure the gear shift is properly adjusted how do I know with out some sort of manual trail and air should not have to be an option. 2.My owners manual say's to service reverse gear it tells were to and with what to service it with but not how much. 3. I seem to be having a problem with the thicking valve on the carb. if I install it like the manual say's it will not go above half throttle. but if I install it with the keeper on the second ring it runs fine but it's not tight. 4.I would like to change the rear end fluid what is the best fluid to use rear end fluid!! 5. Awaiting axles anything that I need to do to the cart to help get it ready to ride with min. problems.
maybe I should move to the tech. fourm for the questions..
Thank you for your help...ampride we live close to each other maybe we can meet at St. Joe's or Flat River sometime when if ever I get axles...
