IT RUNS................... =D> I am still having problems with the carb leaking. I figured out the problem with them, but one of the float seats needs to be replaced. I put it in high, and started it up.... wiring, motor mounts, and kill switch complete. I runs and drives like a cadillac, I mean it, even my 70 year old dad wanted to drive it. We dont have the shifter hooked up yet, so we put it in high gear and went. Even in high gear it will go sideways for a good while. Id guess top speed to be around 65-70. and is smooth as a babies back side..... pics and video will come soon. For some reason the alternator is not working? But the reverse works like a champ. No problems with it at all. I have to say that this set up reeeeeeely impresses me. just for fecal matters and giggles we climbed the biggest hill that we could find..... and it made it easier than our Kawasaki 400 wheeler.... :P Ill post some pics later for all to see, but if anyone is thinking about using this set up.....DO IT.... Ill gladly help with the shaft work...... WWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO 8-[

Why is this page all screwed up?

Hey Donnie we didn't have any doubts that a 400cc in a 150 frame would haul rear end, we want to see it!!!!

Ill try and get some video of it today or Tuesday. Ive got it completely done save for the shifter. And apparently the stator is not charging, so I have to keep the battery charged. Once it starts it runs on the magneto.... Pics and vido today or Tues.

Donnie

you don't have any problems with the chain skipping? I have a ex500 ninja motor in mine and after i finished it all up the axle would flex causing the chain to skip. I had to put a pillow block right in the middle of the axle. looks good btw
