I was looking around on google and came across this site. I thought it would be a big help for the ones that are new (and some that are not) on the basics for there buggy engines and drive train. There are 3 .pdf files that show the basics on removing the variator, clutch and drive gears.

Cool... most of that applies to us. I wouldn't use the chain type clamp on our variators though... could easily break a fin!
