The front arms are welded to a 1/8" plate that is drilled for the 2 a arms bolts. The weld runs all the way up the plate, the other end is welded to a little bit thinner plate that the plastic mounts on. Both welds look strong and should hold up well.

The rear are welded like the fronts at the plastic and you can see how they welded them at the frame end.
