Hi, id make sure the crank case breather is not clogged up and your not sucking oil vapors into the intake. Two do a compression test, you will need a screw in compression gauge. Remove all the plugs do a check on each cylinder, hopefully their all close. I don't know what the compression is suppose to be on a 800. Maybe somebody on B.G. knows. When is the last time you did a valve adjustment.Ghost
Winner Winner Chicken Dinner It was the first thing you mentioned. I pulled the breather line from the intake and put my UNI filter on it then plugged the hole on my intake...... It was still smoking a lot, but I ran it a while and sprayed some intake cleaner into it until it stoped. I had smoke/fumes coming out of the breather filter for a while, but that stoped too. There were small puddles of oil in my ABS so I might pull it off and clean it.
Thank you Ghost - Again

Hey Hey,its good to here something going wright. Now buy some Pro Guard fuel injection cleaner to ad to your fuel, new plugs and it will run better. You want to clean any deposits the oil left on your injectors. On the crankcase vapors you can run a filter can above the engine somewhere like my Joyner should work great.Ghost
