 Post subject: no time limit on editing

hey guys i think that it would be great if there was no time limit on editing posts is this possible ?

We used to have edit time set to unlimited but people were going back and changing what they had said in the past. It got ugle for a while so we put in the 30 minute edit time to avoid people going back on their word.

oh i see i just wanted to know why you know its just lame to have to post some many times with the list for the buggy bash 8)

A strong argument against the time limit is so you can go back and repeatedly update the original post. That IMO makes an event or review discussion easy to keep up with.

As long as the software product your using sends update emails on edits. Otherwise you're required to go back and read every post.
