Thats because most dont know. It's easy to look at something and say it's to low or long or high. If they cant fab anything, thats all they can do is look. Like your cable set up for the shifter, I have no clue what to do with that. Now a shaft, I can help with.
Look at Greg and is dune irs build. Me and BigE are bout all the help he's had and thats limited. I read your thread every time theres a new post, and if I got an idea, you'll hear it. If I say nothing, I just dont have nothing

"xalier",
Here are some fender that I made over a year ago. They are rubber and take a ton of punishment. I bought the "rubber flooring" at the local Lowes for $8 ish each. I did the whole buggie for $20 front and rear.
I will attach some photos, this may take two posts.
I cut the traced the front fender out of the 24" square then just bolted on the what was left for the rear fender.

This is simple and I used my existing fender mounts just drilling hole where the bracket holes were. Longer hardware may be necessary, I later added longer bolts and fender washers to spread out the mounting forces, that also worked well.
These new rubber fenders have over 200 hours of arduous use and look just like when I installed them.
Good luck

ya the hard part about getting videos of it is all i have is my 61 yr old dad to take them with my camera phone and it doesn't work so well... ive tried it before with my mustang i end up just driving with my knee and doing it myself sad to say... ill get something worked out.. it seems high geared for a buggy though..i guess b.c im not on the throttle as hard in the buggy compared to a quad... i think it needs some more bottom end so im gonna get a new front sprocket here soon if i change a few teeth i feel like it will pull the front tires on the road about 2 inches.. it felt great when i was launching it.. i rode it around for about an hour straight with no problems... i have the rear brakes working also.. i ended up just going to ace and get the tap for the banjo bolts and had a piece of brass stock about 9/16 or so and drilled a hole all the way through it and tapped both ends to make the line longer seems to be working so far.. it does need to bee a bit higher but i only bottomed out when i got on rocks.. while riding i never bottomed out in 2nd in 3rd gear hitting pretty good dips and bumps.. it feels the same as it did with the 18s or 19s whatever i had on the front before.. so not as bad as expected but still needs some attention..i would say when i had it in 5th gear on the road around half throttle i was around 50-55 mph.... my bday is friday tommrrow woo hoo im 26!!!!!
