If you really want to peg out my excito-meter, send that baby to Vegas. Don't forget to upgrade the suspension. That Dune will be a beast with that 400cc motor.

Hey does that thing run good? Reverse? What are you doing to the rear end? Solid axle or irs? If you dont mind, what did the quad set you back?

I love it brother so dont worry. The others are just mad cause they dont have a 400

Pretty sure they didnt start putting reverse on them until a few years back. It will still be a bad little dude.

1. Remove the front end off the quad
2. Remove the buggy rear swing arm
3. Attach the rear of the quad to the buggy
4. Run controls and wiring

Two full weekends should have this project running.

If you want IRS, you are going to have more fabrication of engine cage and arms and the additional cost of an articulated axle. This will easily double the length of this project and add to the cost.

thanx guys im glad someones out there... i dunno about the reverse i thought it did b/c my buddy had one that did but his is a 07... so that is bad news to hear.. but oh well.. yah runs fine.. i cranked it today and it run perfect.. i was told that it had the 440cc big bore kit on it installed last summer.. yah irs would be nice but i just want to get it going so im leaving all the 400 rear end on it and putting the swing arm on the buggy.. be ALOT easier and cheaper considering i have everything here i need and i would have to buy all that stuff extra.. today i swapped out the front spindles brakes wheels and tires... so i already fixed my baja pos spindles that were all warped up as seen in my previous post.. so im now running 22x7x10s up front made the buggy look 100x better just getting the bigger tires on it.. plus the hubs wheels and tires all look so much better than the bajas... my computer died this morning so im on my labtop now. ill upload some pix of the new front end tommrow
