The tires that are on it work very well They are a mudlite but not ITC .I was thinking about changing tires as well to Carlisle 489s before I recieved my 300 but once I got it and drove it theres no need . Unless you are wanting to go to a sand paddle tire the factory tires work really well .

The Mudlite tires are AWESOME, but I ran over some kinda stick and so now my tire is a little flat.

They are a mud lite tread pattern but not a mud lite. The tires that come on these buggys are a 2 ply whereas the ITPs are a 6 ply. Much more puncture resistant.

Turn the tire over, its only flat on one side! :D

If those tires are 2ply and you drive over harsh stuff the 6ply would be better.

I'm thinking of going to a carlisle stryker when I wear these out. They do great for the areas I ride on the sport quads, so they should do great on the buggy too. They are a tractor tread with knobbys (sp) on the sides, good flat surface area with pretty good side bite.

I run strykers on my buggys. The side wall is very thick I love the side knobbys for ruts.Ive been running them with 2psi with no problem with bead breaking.May go down to 1psi.I do go thru mud/rocks/sand with them. They are only 2ply and they do weigh about 4#s more than mudlites .I never tried ML so I cant compare
