This is a bit odd? I just looked at the certificate/title that came with my Coolster Dbl and it's blank. Nothing is filled in. Is it supposed to look like that? What am I supposed to do hand write the info?

Juancho - It does sound like what you have is a Certificate Of Origin. That is just the certificate you need to apply for a title. It is interesting how these buggies are much like trailers. Some have titles with them upon purchase, some have the "COO" mentioned above and others have no paperwork at all.
... If you believe you may ride your buggy in areas which require a registered unit then I would definitely recommend doing the steps to obtain an actual title.
...gwcrim - 50hp sounds amazing. I wonder if that is a bhp or other form of torque spec rather than straight Hp. I understand those are a nice 250 model though.
...manco - I'm sure that all that ribbing you were giving as well as recieving was meant to be all in good fun. It did seem overpowering and did fall way off your topic idea. We all understand your intent and enthusiasm wishing to compare these vehicles title info. It is definitely trivial how they are almost guessed at when completed by the manufacturers. I am also sure everyone here would enjoy you sticking around rather than resign your membership. I think the biggest lack of responses was due to a lack of actual titles to reference. Many of the members also are rarely active on here and many probably have forgotten they even joined. As we riders and the businesses like KidNMe continue to strive for a standardizing of quality, safety, performance and ORV classifications and continue to prove to land owners and parks that there are leagues of responsible and concientious buggy enthusiasts I'm sure this will change and more decent and accurate titles will become a standard.
...Decent regulations and participation will only grow if the members of the various buggy regions continue to participate and place in use the league rules as they come to light. This site has a large amount of members but it appears less than 10% are active and post often. It's the active ones like pgh, TeamHog, jabo, kruse, KidN, manco, Kid4, ChuckO, myself and the others you find keeping the chatter going that will continue to draw in the new enthusiasts as well as the seasoned riders who have not joined a league. These sites like BuggyNews, NEBA and others contain some of the most comprehensive information about these buggies in existance as well as operators with tons of knowledge to help people learn even more.
...The thread lost it's direction but not it's flavor. You guys beefed it up with competetive chatter which can also be fun to read. I know I enjoyed seeing the molehills and mountains and reading the performance jabs, though off topic. Maybe as time progresses there will be more "on topic" posts here for interested minds to rummage through. Everyone here is the spine of a fairly new sport. I think it is a fine bunch of people with a wonderfully diverse set of interests. That is what will help this fad grow into much more...
...Ride 'em hard buggy brothers and sisters...

Manco your problem is you take things personal. You throw something out and then get bothered if you dont like whats thrown back. I enjoy going back and forth with you or I would'nt do it. To me it's smack talking. I could care less if you can out run me, I dont think you can  but could care less. I hope BigE wants to race. 150 against 300.
Why, because I'm having fun. If Pgh wants to bring that slow 650 out  I'll race him to. And win 8-[ I'm waiting on Kruse to bring out the Kia so I can beat that to :D

The problem is, after a while you think were messing with you. And we are, just like your messing with us. Theres probly not one active member that I have'nt picked on. That goes the other way as well. Now I aint mad at you, but I dont want to offend you either. So if things are gonna bother you, I would just assume leave you alone.

As I said, I enjoy going back and forth with you. And for the record, both I and Digger both answered your questions in a serious way.

mancoman, half the reason i enjoy BN is to see what you have to say and the responses you get back. It's always good for a good laugh. These guys like pushing your buttons as much as you push theirs.

Besides, who else could they pick on if ya left ?? So take a nice long ride in your super unmodified buggy up the steepest mountain east of the Mississippi (known as 'TOP OF THE WORLD') and take pride knowing they could never make it up there.

what they said :) what are you going to do if your not hanging out here.the next thing you know you will be hanging out in the back alleys with the wrong crowd, riding on the streets and the next thing you know you'll be ramming cars down on your drag strip.then the coppers will have to slap you around alittle.

honestly, as i have told you before any thing i say is in fun.i always try to give you a laugh or a smile so you will know but that must not be working.
if was ever that upset i would keep it private thats just the way i roll.
to me this is a place for a middle age guy like my self to hang out have fun and try to stay young as long as i can, before i switch the buggy for a rocking chair.
