Here at Unleashed Motorsports - we build/fabricate custom turbocharger systems for all kinds of vehicles and China buggys, including the Joyner 650, 800 efi, 1100 efi, 1600 efi and Commando.

I thought I'd share a couple of pics of some of the turbo system components that are used on the Joyner 1600 Sand Viper. We make a custom header specifically for the turbo system. Our turbo system also includes an air to air intercooler that also features an electric fan that cools the intercooler and also blows cool air down onto the intake manifold and fuel rail. The system also includes updates/improvements to the fuel system - which is required for any forced induction system that produces significant boost numbers.

What steps you you take to increase fuel flow? Bigger injectors? Increased fuel pressure? Bigger fuel pump? all of the above?

Do you have any headers for the 1000cc engines? (non turbo) Or other performance parts you have found to work? Intake, headwork, etc?

I also would be interested in performance for the 1000 cc suzuki engine in the team-moto buggy including a header as well as a turbo. Also is there a tuning chip for this injection system that will maxmize normally aspirated power? Can you give me an idea as to what would be difference in turbo system of your design vs one of the systems available as a kit from various dealers at about 2000.00.
Thanks Van

We install our own proprietary fuel system to provide the needed fuel to go along with the additional forced induction boost charge.

We'd be happy to turbo your 1000 or talk about performance improvements. Give us a call!
