The company is actually going to ship the buggy down to my hometown (San Marcos, CA - San Diego). I'll take title in my name, but use my sisters Oregon address.

Many thanks to you jmcneely for turning me on to Poor Ed's. Jason has been a great help and is extremely customer-conscious. Especially towards us poor folk here in California whose DMV and environmental legislature is "challenging" to say the least.
