I can't seem to get my avitar to load can someone talk me through this....

The file size of the avatar cannot exceed 39KB and the dimensions of the picture cannot exceed 125x125 pixels. If it is larger, you will need to scale it down with Microsoft Paint or some other image program.

Ive tried making mine smaller to down load it but the smallest I can get it & still see it is 39.06 kb . Im 0.06 too large . At least I tried .

What file format are you using? Save it as a .gif file. That saves a lot of space.

<-- Mine is only 12k even tho it's animated. It's also 125x80 pixels, but that's just the way the master image shrank!
