First off, how the h3ll do you mount the stupid speedometer cable and bracket!!! I took the wheel off and couldnt figure it out.
Also, where can i get the wire to extend the air temp sensor wire from my motor to my buggy? The one for the water temp isnt the same, and i dont want to cut my wires apart.

ORK, I think the easiest way is to mount it by the sprocket. Drill a hole in the sprocket and JB Weld the magnet in. Shouldn't be to hard to fabricate a bracket for the pick up. As for mounting the computer what you want to do is put the large bar clamp in your left hand and the small clamp and the straight plastic piece in right. Look at them closely to make sure they are all right side up. Then VERY CAREFULLY walk over to the trash can and through them in. Then make a bracket out of aluminum strap. How you fab it will depend on where you want to place it. I made this one in about 10 mins (and it shows!) One of these days I'll make a "pretty" one, but for now I just painted it red. For what Trail Tech wants for the extensions you might just as well cut the wires. Cheapest speaker wire you can find is all you need to splice in. The wire Trail Tech supplies is an unbelievably small guage.

i already mounted the computer, i meant mounting the wire. Its not long enough to reach to the back and i dont want to cut and extend it as ive had to many bad instances with that....
Someone move this back up to mini buggies, i didnt mean to post it here
You'll probably need a couple of the temp sensor wires since they are only 24". The speed sensor wire is 60"
Assuming you need 3 temp extensions and can get by w/ 1 speed sensor extension, that's 32.80 plus tax and shipping vs 2 bucks worth of carefully soldered speaker wire.

Ryan, you can buy some aluminum strap at Home Depot or Lowes and just bend it around and drill your holes. Then attach it and you're all done. By the way, you may get dirty doing all this work and by no means don't go working up a sweat.
